Manga Review: Kashimashi

Have you ever thought about; how it would be if you almost got killed by aliens and your sex changed? Well... that's what happened to the boy named Hazumu.

Kashimashi is a funny and interesting manga that tells the story about a boy that one day turns into a girl. Now Hazumu has to learn to act more like a girl and change clothes and outfit. But how about love...? Yasuna is the girl that first rejected Hazumu's love for her, but now when he's a boy things changes. And his childhood friend Tomari - she who allways have protected him - isn’t sure either about the feelings anymore.

Personally this is my latest favourite manga. It's an interesting story, cute character design, and well drawn (without any fan service). That's why I'm going to continue reading Kashimashi.

The research is finished!

Finally, after five weeks I've completed the research about:
Swedish published Manga within a gender perspective.
There is still some details that will be changed before I'll put it online. And I've more or less confirmed that my research is the first one ever studding manga in my country.
The main result are about how shôjo and shônen is pretty the same at many aspect from a genderperspective. But it's also a complex content. The biggest difference is the genre.

I hope my article will inspire more people about doing research about manga and its' surroundings.
